         Bioengineering is a field where biological techniques and engineering principles developed due to rapid developments in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, cell metabolism and basic engineering sciences are applied to living systems and problems encountered in these fields. Our department aims to apply engineering knowledge to medicine and biology. At the same time, our department aims to serve its graduates as individuals with a highly qualified workforce potential, following the developments in national and international platforms, having high self-confidence, and mastering laboratory and engineering techniques.
